Heather brings nearly two decades of leadership in educational innovation, with a focus on helping organizations design, align, and measure impactful learning experiences. Her work bridges traditional and non-traditional learning environments—ranging from early childhood education to community-based STEM initiatives—using data-informed strategies to build programs that are both coherent and catalytic.
Clients turn to Heather for her ability to translate complex educational goals into practical, actionable solutions. Her consulting approach blends strategic thinking with on-the-ground experience, empowering schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven companies to strengthen their programs, teams, and outcomes. With an emphasis on alignment, growth, and impact, Heather builds collaborative pathways that lead to lasting change.
Heather’s professional journey includes 10 years of leadership at the Great Lakes Science Center, where she developed award-winning STEM and sustainability programs rooted in biomimicry and environmental stewardship. She has also contributed her expertise to organizations such as Drink Local Drink Tap and Nature Masterminds, with a consistent focus on accessibility, team development, and creative problem-solving.
Beyond her consulting work, Heather is passionate about championing women and minority leaders. She recently served on the Women in Leadership Advisory Board at Ashland University, where she advised on mentorship initiatives and inclusive curriculum development. Heather holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University, along with K–12 endorsements in both Technology and Reading.
A lifelong learner and advocate for diverse educational approaches, Heather has presented internationally on the integration of multicultural content in early learning environments—most notably at the Reconceptualizing Early Childhood Education Conference.
